Panipat

JOB SUMMARY
Female Graduates with Excellent Communication Skills and convincing power need to apply. Experience of minimum 2-3 years in Telecounselling, Counselling, Education consultancy or Telecalling is required.
Location: Panipat
Shift Working: Day Shift
Working Days: Sunday Weekly off
Salary & Benefits: Annual CTC of Rs. 1.80 to Rs. 3.00 lakhs + Attractive performance-based incentives

RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES:
The responsibilities would include:
- Making outbound calls on hot leads, counseling the students & parents and convincing them about the benefits and usefulness of the Company’s test preparation courses and converting them into paid users.
- Making appropriate entries in the CRM software/ Excel.
- Such other duties as may be assigned
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:
- Languages: Fluency in English & Hindi.
- Skill Set: Pleasing voice and tone, excellent verbal communication skills, interpersonal skills, call etiquettes, clear pronunciation, effective listening skills.
- Education: Graduation in any discipline from a reputed university.
- Experience: You should have experience of a minimum 1 year as a Counsellor, Education consultant, Telesales Executive, Online Sales Executive, Telecalling Executive, Telecaller or BPO executive in an outbound voice-based sales process with a proven track record.
