Job Title: Operating Theatre (OT) Assistant

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Operating Theatre (OT) Assistant to join our team in Pune. As an OT Assistant, you will be responsible for providing support to the surgical team during surgical procedures, ensuring that the operating room is clean and well-maintained, and preparing and sterilizing surgical instruments and equipment.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assisting the surgical team during surgical procedures
• Preparing and sterilizing surgical instruments and equipment
• Ensuring that the operating room is clean and well-maintained
• Transporting patients to and from the operating room
• Preparing patients for surgery, including positioning and draping
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of surgical procedures
• Assisting with post-operative patient care as needed

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Completion of an accredited Operating Theatre Assistant program
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as an OT Assistant
• Knowledge of surgical instruments and equipment
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Strong attention to detail

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods of time
• Ability to lift and move patients as needed
• Ability to operate medical equipment
