Role Overview

We are seeking a Nursing Academic Professional (preferably a Nursing Professor, Lecturer, or Faculty Member) with strong medical writing experience to join our team as a Healthcare Course Creator. This role is ideal for individuals currently or previously associated with nursing colleges who are passionate about education and course development.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop high-quality, accurate, and curriculum-aligned medical and nursing courses
• Design and structure course modules based on academic and clinical standards
• Review and validate clinical training materials for accuracy, depth, and relevance
• Translate complex medical concepts into clear, learner-friendly formats
• Ensure alignment with current clinical guidelines and academic frameworks
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance course quality and learning outcomes
• Use AI tools to speed up course development

Requirements

• Strong preference for candidates from healthcare academia:
• Nursing Professors / Lecturers / Tutors
• Faculty members from recognized nursing colleges
• BSc Nursing (minimum); MSc Nursing preferred
• Proven experience in medical or healthcare course creation
• Deep understanding of clinical concepts and nursing education standards
• Familiarity with curriculum development and training content
• Excellent written communication skills in English
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Ability to use AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, and Gemini
• Must be available to work/overlap with EST (US) working hours

Preferred Qualifications

• Active or prior teaching experience in a nursing college
• Experience creating educational materials, lesson plans, or training modules
• Exposure to international healthcare standards (US, Gulf, etc.)
• Prior experience with e-learning or edtech platforms
