Job Description
Eligibility:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Medical coding .
- Good communication skills
- CPC certified
- Graduation in life sciences
- In depth knowledge in ICD 10 CM & risk adjustment
Key Responsibilities:
- Virtual/classroom training for all new hires and existing agents.
- Coordinate with managers to determine training needs and schedule training sessions.
- Monitor employee performance and response to training.
- Support and mentor new employees.
- Prepare training modules.
- Collate & interpret data from various sources
