Eligibility:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Medical coding .
• Good communication skills
• CPC certified
• Graduation in life sciences
• In depth knowledge in ICD 10 CM & risk adjustment

Key Responsibilities:

• Virtual/classroom training for all new hires and existing agents.
• Coordinate with managers to determine training needs and schedule training sessions.
• Monitor employee performance and response to training.
• Support and mentor new employees.
• Prepare training modules.
• Collate & interpret data from various sources
