Responsibilities:

• Having a firm understanding of the products or services
• Interacting via various channels, such as live chat, emails, social media and direct calls
• Modifying sales pitches in response to customer demand
• Acquiring and retaining contact information databases
• Putting forward suggestions in accordance with the requirements of the partner/student
• The capacity to adjust to challenging questions
• Capacity to manage conflicts and address grievances during negotiations

Compensation:

• 15000-25000/- per month
