Roles and Responsibilities
· Advise students or parents for their learning needs through structured Counseling Sessions
· Fix appointments and conduct demo sessions daily including follow up sessions
· Understand Customer profile and problems to explain implication of ineffective learning methods
· Create the need for Smart Learning and guide student & parent from time to time
· Handle Objections and amount Negotiation to generate Sales Revenue
· Learn or upgrade one’s own Product Knowledge and Sales Skills to achieve and exceed growing Sales targets
Candidate Profile Requirements:
· Possess sound knowledge and understanding of consumer students and parent’s behavior
· Are keen to learn and upgrade Product knowledge from time to time for better Sales
· Enthusiastic and willing to work relentlessly to achieve and exceed business targets
· Thrive in a fast-paced ambiguous work environment
· Have excellent communication skills in English and the regional language with professional presentation
· Good to have 6 months to 2 years B to C sales experience
· Excellent Selling or Negotiation Skills
-Engineers or the ones having strong technical knowledge will be preferred
· Previous experience in the educational industry is preferred
-Male candidates preferred.
· Any Graduate, MBA, BE, B Tech and PGDM
