We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager with hands-on experience on Beauty and Wellness to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. You will be responsible for maximizing our sales team potential, crafting sales plans and justifying those to plans to the upper management.

Job Description

• Achieve growth and hit sales targets by counselling & guiding the clients
• Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
• Maintaining Relationship & coordinating with Potential Clientele for Consultations
• Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
• Generate cold call leads and bring in new clients from beauty salons, spa and wellness center
• Conduct sales presentation, product demonstration and participate in local events organised by Clinic / Corporate

Job Types : Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary : ₹15,000.00 – ₹35,000.00 per month

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma or degree in any field.
• Minimum of 2 years of related experience
• Experience in beauty care industry is must
• Sales driven & pleasing Personality
