As a Content Creator for our education organization, you will play a crucial role in developing high-quality educational content to support our mission of delivering engaging and effective learning experiences to our students. Responsibilities

Content Development:

  – Research, plan, and create educational content such as articles, blog posts, lesson plans, videos, practice questions(multiple choice, fill-ups, drag and drop, matching), infographics, lesson plans, Worksheets, PowerPoint presentations, Theme based practice content and interactive materials aligned with the organization’s curriculum and educational goals.

  – Collaborate with subject matter experts, educators, and instructional designers to ensure content accuracy and pedagogical effectiveness.

  – Develop content for various educational levels and subjects, catering to the diverse needs of students.

Curriculum Enhancement:

  – Contribute to the design and enhancement of curriculum materials, ensuring alignment with educational standards and best practices.

  – Integrate interactive elements, assessments, and real-world applications into content to promote active learning.

Content Review and Quality Assurance:

  – Review and revise content for accuracy, coherence, and consistency.

  – Collaborate with the editing team to ensure content meets language and style guidelines.

Research and Innovation:

  – Stay updated on the latest educational trends, teaching methodologies, and technology tools to continually improve content quality and delivery methods.

  – Experiment with innovative content formats and delivery platforms to enhance learning outcomes.

Collaboration:

  – Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including educators, designers, marketing, and technology experts, to ensure seamless content creation and delivery processes.

Engagement and Feedback:

  – Engage with students and educators through various channels to gather feedback and insights, using this input to refine and improve content.

Project Management:

  – Manage multiple content creation projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.

Qualifications

– Bachelor or higher degree in Education, Instructional Design, Communications, or a related field.

-Must have prior experience in the field of education ( maths teacher, tutor or maths content creator)

– Strong written and verbal communication skills.

– Proficiency in creating various types of multimedia content and using relevant software/tools.

– Experience in curriculum development and instructional design is a plus.

– Knowledge of educational technology trends and online learning platforms.

– Excellent organizational and project management skills.

– Creative mindset with the ability to translate complex concepts into engaging and understandable content.

– Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.

Salary

25k-30k per month.
