Reporting to: Regional Manager- South
Individual Contributor Role
Job description:
Budget management in a competitive, fast-paced, and highly dynamic environment.
Achieve goals and manage the sales process, ensuring delivery against key performance metrics with a strong emphasis on new business.
Engage with prospective organizations to position MHE solutions through strategic value-based selling, business case definition, analysis, references, and analyst data.
Develop effective strategies for engaging with potential customers.
Emphasis on Digital Product coverage to generate maximum leads
Handle Channel Sales to promote our FL/BL products and achieve the targeted sales quotas
Will be responsible to handle the high-value clients for new leads and retain the existing business
Focus on new business development by handling the syllabus revision
Need to have more emphasis on CRM to maintain large-size custom businesses from the territory.
What can you bring to the role?
Bachelor’s Degree required. (Preferably from Science/ Technology)
4+ years Sales experience
Ability to travel within assigned territory (50% -70%)
Market share Matrix by Key institution.
Tracking on Local changes in government policies or trends in education.
Digital product pitching and promoting books as a rider rather than upselling digital.
Ability to perform demo for Print and digital products at open forums, to the Directors, Faculties, HOD of the different Dept, Professor, Dean etc.
