• Key Responsibilities:

o Teach ICSE Maths, Science and 11-12th Sci, JEE NEET o Design and deliver high-quality educational programs tailored to the needs of students in 8th to 12th grade. o Ensure curriculum alignment with various boards and competitive entrance exams

(SSC, ICSE, JEE, NEET, CET). o Develop and implement strategies to enhance the overall educational experience for students. o Collaborate with the management team to identify growth opportunities and execute expansion plans. o Analyze student performance data and institute feedback to continuously improve educational programs. o Stay updated with the latest trends and innovations in education to maintain the institute’s competitive edge.

Qualifications:

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education, Science, Commerce, or a related field.
• Proven teaching experience with a strong track record of successful student outcomes.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to think strategically and execute plans effectively.

• A passion for education and a genuine interest in the growth and development of students.
• Business-minded with the ability to identify opportunities for expansion and revenue growth.
