JOB PURPOSE :

Responsible for complete student life cycle & curriculum delivery, managing learning environments, schedule adherence, examinations, content up gradation & student performance.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Independent Delivery of Program
• Complete responsibility of the course at the Centre – BDT/DDT
• Prepare and deliver lectures on topics prescribed as per syllabus.
• Responsible for content delivery of the entire curriculum
• Ensure theory classes, internal examinations, projects, internal lab sessions & clinical postings as per the prescribed schedule
• Ensure student success and engagement.
• Evaluate, monitor and mentor students academic progress
• Stay updated on the new trends in the dialysis industry and update content accordingly Prepare/develop course materials such as curriculum PPTs, student assignments, projects, handouts, question paper, sample question banks etc. relevant for curriculum delivery & student success.
• Collaborate with co-faculties to address any teaching related issues and improve student-learning experience.

JOB REQUIREMENTS :

Minimum Qualifications – Bachelor/ Diploma in Dialysis Technology

Experience – Minimum of 1 to 6 years of experience in the field, preferably hands-on experience of at least 2 to 3 years of teaching in educational industry.
