MAVEX MENTR: We are looking to hire an enthusiastic overseas/domestic Education Counselor to our firm.

GENDER : FEMALES/MALES

ROLES AND RESPONSILBILITIES:

• Advice and counselling for students on various universities, courses, admission requirements, entrance exams, and scholarships available in other countries or within a nation.
• Provide telephonic counselling to all resource leads and invite them to come to the office for counseling.
• Assist in promoting the overseas/domestic educational institutions that the company represents and/or connect individuals with the best study options depending on their needs, objectives, and profile.
• Handling inbound and outbound calls
• Managing phone calls, emails, and online chats
• Responsible for managing and converting leads for programmes

SKILLS REQUIRED:

• Good communication skills and should be able to converse well with students and parents.
• Knowledge of using the internet with ease and being able to research information about universities, courses, etc.
• Excellent command of Microsoft Word and, preferably, Excel
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply

Job Types: Full-time, Internship

Salary: From ₹10,000.00 per month
