Role Overview

To design, develop, Plan, administrate and implement an effective and systematic training activities and programs for employees at different levels, resulting in a highly motivated, flexible and multi skilled workforce.

Key Responsibilities

• Design training manuals, training plans, feedback survey forms, support materials and modules on all products and processes
• Design, develop, plan, administrate and implement an effective and systematic training activities and programs for employees at different levels, resulting in a highly motivated, flexible and multi skilled workforce
• Conduct training needs analysis and develop, administer and implement the training plan
• Manage the internal technical trainings and track the trainee performance on the shop floor (Training Tracker)
• Ensure to assess the effectiveness of training after every training program conducted
• Keep abreast of the latest information on innovations in trends in the Domain
• Analyse the training metrics and send the timely reviews and feedback to Head- T&D
• Establish and maintain high performance standards throughout the training process
• Managing All Training Related MIS

• Excellent organizational skills to arrange implementations, upgrades/migrations for all the processes
• Excellent knowledge on our retail branches and operations
• Comfortable with training a versatile audience from front-line to management level
• Particular on personal etiquettes and should present himself/herself in very confident and pleasing manner
• Ability to handle fresher training related programs like corporate to campus, communication skills, soft skills, behavioural skills etc
• Ability to prepare Training Metrics Management and reports
• Capable of identifying and defining training need / requirement for a team / process to develop modules accordingly
