THE ROLE We are looking for highly motivated individuals, with a passion for working in an Edtech startup

The Sales Executive will be responsible for selling the Matific value proposition to inbound and outbound leads to schools in the NSW Region of Australia.The role will develop and manage a sales pipeline, while executing sales strategies to secure deals that will exceed ambitious account acquisition and revenue goals

This role will be based in Sydney, with head office being in the Sydney CBD

Over time, success in the role will open opportunities within the company RESPONSIBILITIES Aggressively sell Matific into primary schools in NSW Australia

Run a full sales cycle and close new business to consistently exceed quota

Develop and execute against a strategic plan that leads to the creation and maintenance of a robust sales pipeline, driving new business with untapped customers

Create & articulate compelling value propositions around Matific

Accelerate customer adoption through education and engagement

Collaborate with our worldwide sales teams to develop best practices

Manage booths and present Matific at Education conferences

Requirements 3 years’ experience running a full sales cycle and closing business, with proven measurable results

Selling primary school products into schools is not essential but highly advantageous

A strong hunter mentality Strong consultative sales skills and exceptional closing experience

High-level of proficiency in the English language, both written and spoken

Collaboration on a day to day basis with our sales and marketing teams to drive process improvements

Needs to be able to work autonomously from a home base if needed
