Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Mathematics Faculty role based in Gurugram. The Mathematics Faculty member will design and deliver engaging classroom sessions for various levels, ensuring conceptual clarity and strong problem-solving skills among learners. Responsibilities include planning lesson modules, preparing teaching materials, and aligning content with institutional curricula and JEE MAINS and ADVANCE exam patterns. The role involves assessing student performance through assignments, tests, and feedback sessions, and providing academic guidance to support individual learning needs. The faculty member will also participate in curriculum review, question paper setting, academic planning meetings, and contribute to academic content development, including practice sheets, study material, and test papers.

Qualifications

• Strong subject expertise in Mathematics and Applied Mathematics, with the ability to explain concepts clearly and logically.
• Experience or interest in Curriculum Development, including lesson planning, assessment design, and development of learning resources.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mathematics, Applied Mathematics, or a closely related discipline from a recognized institution.
• Prior teaching or coaching experience at school, college, or competitive exam level is highly desirable.
• Effective classroom management, communication, and presentation skills, with a learner-centric and inclusive teaching approach.
• Comfort using digital tools for teaching, assessments, and content creation; openness to continuous professional development.
