We are seeking passionate, energetic, and highly skilled American Curriculum Teachers to teach students from Kindergarten through Grade 12. The ideal candidate should possess strong subject expertise, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of American educational standards and teaching methodologies.

The teacher will be responsible for delivering engaging online lessons, assessing student progress, creating individualized learning plans, and supporting students in achieving academic success.

Key Responsibilities:-

Teaching & Learning

• Deliver high-quality online classes aligned with American curriculum standards.
• Teach students across elementary, middle school, or high school levels.
• Create engaging, interactive, and student-centered learning experiences.
• Differentiate instruction based on student abilities and learning styles.
• Develop critical thinking, problem-solving, communication, and analytical skills.

Lesson Planning

• Prepare lesson plans aligned with learning objectives and standards.
• Design worksheets, assignments, projects, and assessments.
• Incorporate technology and digital tools into instruction.
• Adapt curriculum materials to meet individual student needs.

Student Assessment

• Conduct diagnostic, formative, and summative assessments.
• Analyze student performance data.
• Provide detailed feedback and progress reports.
• Identify learning gaps and implement intervention strategies.

Parent Communication

• Maintain regular communication with parents regarding student progress.
• Conduct parent-teacher meetings when required.
• Provide recommendations for academic improvement.

Classroom Management

• Foster a positive and inclusive online learning environment.
• Encourage student participation and engagement.
• Manage virtual classrooms effectively.

Collaboration

• Work closely with academic coordinators and curriculum specialists.
• Participate in training sessions and professional development programs.
• Contribute to curriculum enhancement initiatives.

Required QualificationsEducation

• Bachelor’s Degree in Education or relevant subject area.
• Master’s Degree preferred.

Experience

• Minimum 2 years of teaching experience.
• Experience teaching American Curriculum students preferred.
• Experience in online teaching is highly desirable.

Skills

• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Strong classroom management skills.
• Proficiency in Google Classroom, Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and LMS platforms.
• Strong lesson planning and assessment skills.
• Ability to build positive relationships with students and parents.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Common Core Standards.
• Familiarity with AP, Honors, or Advanced Placement courses.
• TESOL, TEFL, CELTA, or teaching certification preferred.
• Experience teaching international students.
• Knowledge of AI-powered educational tools and adaptive learning systems.
