We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Lead to join our team to take on responsibility in bringing in the right people who align with the company’s Vision, Mission and Culture and providing a best-in-class experience for all Masai School Students.

This role is a unique opportunity to use your research skills and sourcing wizardry to generate candidate pipelines for critical roles in Tech and Non-Tech positions at Masai School.

What You’ll Do-

• Live by and champion our core values: Trust, Transparency, Empathy and Student Success.

• Own End to End recruitment life cycle and work closely with the functional teams for – Sourcing, Screening, Scheduling, Shortlisting and Selecting of the right people to join Masai.

• Strategically plan and execute impactful sourcing campaigns for Technical and Non-Technical Positions.

• Engage and activate passive candidates through the use of LinkedIn and other social channels etc

• Build up pipeline through proactive talent search and source potential candidate through various channel.

• Forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs by function.

• Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates.

What You’ll Bring-

• Typically, 4-6 years of talent acquisition experience working in a fast-paced tech start-up in the growth stage.

• Experience building candidate pipelines and a knack for identifying and engaging with the right people.

• A person who is highly motivated, Self-directed, dynamic and curious mind with excellent research skills

• Familiarity with sourcing candidates using social media, resume databases, professional networks and come up with good out-of-the-box ideas for non-traditional ways of hiring.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Good understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations
