We are looking for passionate people interested in disrupting the tech learning space, passionate in campaign management who would be helping our growing team in a data-driven approach for running real-time campaigns at Masai. What You’ll Do Campaign Management●      Project manage daily deliverables on YouTube channels, Online Video courses, and live classes for coding.●      Efficiently manage multiple project monitoring and ensure completion within the planned timeline (Planning, strategy and conceptualize).●      Someone with the high aspiration to grow a YouTube channel and give the best outcome by various Standard Methods and our experiments of trial and error to see what is best for the audience, which in turn increases the audience and the reactions to the pages.●      Involves setting up or prepping new programs for smooth functioning of various entities in the Program – Content, Community, Courses, and YouTube Channels.●      Inculcating knowledge in the Ed-tech industry and adapting to any changes that might come unannounced since the YouTube audience changes based on current trends.●      Working on user engagement on YouTube Channels and handling issues as needed to ensure an exceptional student experience.●      Define, track and communicate appropriate performance measurements to stakeholders, status reporting to leadership.●      Attention to detail and promptness in the given task as a sole point of contact of anything relevant to the YouTube Channel.●      Good and updated with market Study & Competitor analysis●      Planning ahead and making the blueprint of execution that will be followed by various teams.●      Stakeholder Management: An excellent coordinator with various stakeholders and a team player in conveying all things in detail creating a win-win situation.●      Also, coordinate with multiple teams and get the required result  Campaign Reporting and Communication●      Own and report end-to-end campaign performance●      Track lead progression

Understand and improve the conversion of leads into pipeline inflow●      Ensure alignment between horizontal and vertical teams●      Substantiate business communications with performance data●      Provide ongoing communication on strategy, approach, and performance What You’ll Bring●      2-4 years of relevant years of growth marketing experience, with a passion to scale●      YouTube Channel management experience●      Efficient Program/ Project management skills●      Ed-tech experience is a plus Why Join Us:You will be working with a seasoned team with access to the best resources
