We offer both full-time and part-time courses to our students. We are looking for an Operations Manager to join our team and take on responsibility for providing a best-in-class experience for all Masai school applicants while helping them navigate the process of making a life-changing decision
You understand and represent the Masai school Core Values: Trust, Transparency, empathy, and student success outcome.What is expected out of you?Enthusiastically handle the day to day operations at Masai, which involves interacting with the Curriculum team and Admissions team Exhibit empathy and passion to help students in the challenges they face while chasing their dreamExhibits very good planning skills for conducting the teaching sessions and the weekly sessions with the help of faculty and teaching assistants. Exhibits superior Analytical and Problem solving skills for monitoring the performance of running batches and implementing actions to improve the learning experienceExhibits professionalism throughout periodic interactions and communications with students including emails, phone calls, and text messagesMaster the use of internal systems and applications to become more efficient in your daily activitiesDemonstrate empathy for the struggles and challenges our students have undergone.Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with team members, faculty, students, alumni, administrators, and staff.What you will need to bring0-3 years of experience in Operations/ Project/Program management – this position is more of an associate-level position.Very good Excel skills.
