We are looking for passionate people interested in disrupting the tech learning space.What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)Deliver LecturesDesign & deliver lectures to achieve a particular learning outcome based on MERN StackAdapt our global curriculum and use it to guide your teaching, building your own lesson plans as needed and contributing back your lessons learned over timePrepare script which contains the bullet points (sub-topics) to be covered in a particular lecture in order to achieve the learning outcome of the lectureImprove Curriculum & Pedagogy in collaboration with Masai School Curriculum teamWork in tandem with Masai School curriculum & pedagogy team to discuss shortcomings (if any) & potential solutions for the same – once in a weekPresent requirements for certain types of content like questions, editorials, etc

in order to attain effectiveness of learningDesign questions that focus more on hands-on learning as opposed to theoretical learning onlyOwnership of Students’ performance & successAccountable for course completion rates  & student successEnsuring students’ performance to be above a set threshold in Masai School Evaluation which takes place at a regular intervalProjectsGuide students to build a few major and many minor projects that help them understand the concepts involved in Web developmentWhat You’ll NeedWorking experience in both front-end and back-end development, and fluency in HTML and CSS, Full-stack JavaScript (strong JavaScript highly preferred)Experience working with MERN (MongoDB, Express, React, and Node
