in order to attain effectiveness of learningDesign questions that focus more on hands-on learning as opposed to theoretical learning onlyOwnership of Students’ performance & successAccountable for course completion rates  & student successEnsuring students’ performance to be above a set threshold in Masai School Evaluation which takes place at a regular intervalProjectsGuide students to build a few major and many minor projects that help them understand the concepts involved in Web developmentWhat You’ll NeedWorking experience in both front-end and back-end development, and fluency in HTML and CSS, Full-stack JavaScript (strong JavaScript highly preferred)Experience working with MERN (MongoDB, Express, React, and Node
