Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Monitoring & driving team members for achieving learner’s admission targets.

Daily supervision of assigned instructors to ensure proper and consistent performance of duties.

Branch Revenue responsibility

Focus on ensuring that the branch provides the best teaching to its admissions.

Focus on increasing admissions and overall revenue.

Responsible for educating customers on road safety, traffic laws and taking care of theory, simulator and practical classes.

Desired Candidate Profile

Should have advanced driving skills & thorough knowledge of traffic laws and regulations.

Good Communication skills in English, Hindi, Kannada & Marathi

Prior team handling experience/capability

Prior target/revenue achievement experience/capability

Must have valid 4 wheeler driving licence for at least 5-7+ years

Perks and Benefits

Salary-17,000-20,000Rs per month Plus Monthly Incentives(Rs 5000-7000)

plus ESI and PF.
