Having the following qualities will help:

Selected candidate’s daily responsibilities include:

1. Writing content on psychology
2. Teaching psychology content online if selected for the faculty role
3. Preparing excellent content of psychology (asked in competitive examinations for govt jobs) and teaching it online

Other requirements

1. A genuine passion for education and having ideas on how someone can be better at it

2. Deep knowledge of their subject, knowledge, and experience of having done research of psychology & related topics like child development, pedagogy, teaching methods

3. Experience in giving and analyzing competitive exams, having an intuitive grasp of what actually matters in preparing for competitive examinations
