Job Description:
Responsibilities and Duties

1.The counsellor has to handle all the work and student related queries.

2.Handle the walk in enquirers and telephonic calls.

3.Maintaining the online and offline records.

4.Should be able to maintain office.

5.Clarifying of doubts of students and parents as and when required. 6.Monitor class schedules to ensure smooth running of classes.

7.Conducting test papers, assignments etc.

8.Study material distribution and allocation.

9.Co-ordinate with other centers in the country

10. Any other work in the overall academic space and requirements of our office

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

Absolutely Must Speak English and Hindi fluently.

Must have Excellent communication and English Speaking Skills

Should be we versed with MS Office.

The job requires Multi tasking and attention to detail

Candidate must be customer centric
