Roles and Responsibilities:

• Initiate Daily, Weekly, and Monthly sales planning.
• Must have team handling experience Developing opportunities with new customers Reaching the targets and goals set for your profile
• Establishing, maintaining and expanding your customer base.
• Responsible for generating sales with new/existing customers
• Follow up on the database / leads provided by Company
• Effective communication of individual target expectation and team target expectation to the team and plan accordingly.
• Adherence of day-wise sales plan for self and his team for market activities.
• Ensuring regular follow up to track the progress of the team and take corrective action wherever required.
• Maintain daily sales efficiency by ensuring leads are updated in daily sales report by a team Initiate NPA customer calling for pending payments.
• Generating new business and ensure the productivity month on month basis.
• Ensure all customers provide references, improve customer satisfaction in order to increase retention
• Attend personal discussion with the customer to understand customer profile. Provide insights to credit team to reduce fraudulent cases
• Improve branch Sales efficiency and effectiveness
• Proper sales planning activities in areas to increase customer connect Attend all training on policy and process changes as and when required Structure, rapid promotional opportunities, market exposure, engagement.
• Keeping up to date with products and competitors.
• Meeting with clients on field report on sales activities to top management.
