Roles and Responsibilities
- To be the first point of contact on the premises for parents or visitors
- Managing the EPABX System & attending to incoming calls
- Attending to walk in Visitors including Parents / Vendors
- Proactively responding to the inquiries for the purpose of referrals and directions as required
- Fixing Appointments for all staff Members.
- Coordinating with all staff Members for booking of Meeting & Conference rooms.
- Generating Staff Absentee List in Absence of HR
- Maintain the Inward/Outward entry registrar letters and couriers
- Connecting with all Outsourced Agencies during an emergency.
- Maintaining/updating the telephone network and sending daily MIS of call logs.
- Maintaining Daily Staff Attendance Sheet for Academic & Non- Academic & Visiting Faculties
- Issue of Bonafide Certificate
- Issue & Distribution of leaving Certificate
- Sending Whats app Broadcast & E portal Broadcast
- All Students correspondence given to Principal madam & copies given to Teachers
- Making Calls for all Fee Related issues to the Parents concerned.
- E portal data Management.
Admission Related:
- Handling telephonic & walk in inquiries
- Informing parents about admission status
- Admission Fee collection calls
- Passing on all details regarding Uniform, Books & Stationery, transport etc to new admissions & existing students.
- Maintain & Filing of the Incoming LC
- GR register update & maintenance.
- Verify admission forms during the interactions jointly with admission team
- Issuing Id Card & Stationery to New students
Desired Candidate Profile
- Good Communication skills and presentable.
- Graduation/PG with any subject.
- Good Computer Skills.
- Experience of minimum 2 years
- Female candidate only.

Salary: ₹25,000.00 – ₹30,000.00 per month
