The role will be responsible for the profitability of three verticals (Recruitment, Testing, Training) provide advisory, oversight, and management services across these profit centers, bring in business leads and key partners to support strategic growth initiatives. Your additional responsibilities are to: Increase managements effectiveness by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, coaching, counseling as well as disciplining managers; communicating values, strategies plus objectives; assigning accountabilities; planning, monitoring and appraising job results; developing incentives; developing a climate for offering information opinions; providing educational opportunities Develop strategic plan by studying technological financial opportunities; presenting assumptions; recommending objectives Accomplish subsidiary objectives by establishing plans, budgets results measurements; allocating resources; reviewing progress; making mid-course corrections Coordinate efforts by establishing procurement, production, marketing, field as well as technical services policies practices; coordinating actions with corporate staff Build company image by collaborating with customers, government, community organizations employees; enforcing ethical business practices Maintain quality service by establishing enforcing organization standards Maintain professional technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹80,000.00 – ₹100,000.00 per month
