JOB DESCRIPTION JOBTITLE/ POSITION Admission Officer REPORTING TO Director-Admissions FUNCTION – Admissions & Outreach ORGANISATION ENTITY – Manipal University Jaipur QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE: – Postgraduate from a good premier institute. – Having work experience of at least 5+ Years in Admission Marketing, outreach, and IT Skills – Experience with dealing with Category A and international schools will be a major plus. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: Developing strategies online & offline for maximizing institutions brand and visibility in India and Overseas. – Articulating and implementing the overall admissions/Outreach & Marketing strategy targeted towards Enrolling scholastic students to be part of a multidisciplinary University aspiring to global recognition. – Formulating the Marketing Strategy, Promotion, Media Plans, communication, and admission activities for all the programs. – Establishing and executing a merit-based admissions process that provides equal opportunity to every aspirant committed to learning and finding his/her place in Manipal University Jaipur. – Responsible for Lead development and execution of marketing campaigns through effective Digital Marketing plans, Facebook, Google, ad-networks, education portals, content for Facebook, YouTube, Website, print and video marketing tools and media planning. – Designing and executing an effective student outreach and engagement exercise within and outside India in targeted schools- with the objective of attracting Scholastic students aligned to the universitys vision. – Managing and building strong relations with school principals and counselors through participating in various educations events and seminars pan India. – Leading and motivating a team of highly skilled marketing, communication, and Outreach team to attain desired goals. – Continuously work towards improving quality and diversity of admissions YoY. Engage with all the Heads of Schools & Departments and Student Communities and build strategies based on their feedback. – Own all other outreach, student engagement and lead generation related activities on / off campus. Such as exhibitions / fairs, endto end within and outside campus. – Instill high customer experience skillsets in the team, specially the tele callers, SPOC for students & parents. – Design and collaborate in content creation for various outreach programs eg Presentations, Marketing/ Engagement activities etc. SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE: – Knowledge of digital Marketing – High Analytical and Data Numeracy ability – Effective Team Management and engagement with peers and external partners – Strong leadership capability – Managing young upstart teams – Ability to push back constructively. – Ability to manage pressure of multiple priorities. – The individual should be Comfortable with Travelling Competencies – Ability to influence and partner with different levels of the organization to achieve results. – Strong business acumen, including strong problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and self-initiative. – Excellent written, verbal communication, interpersonal skills; high quality document and report preparation – Excellent presentation skills – Proven ability to successfully work as a team member and to build and maintain a positive work environment across the network. – Should be open to work in an entrepreneurial environment with ability to deal with ambiguity and changes with strong multi-tasking abilities.
