This position is for KEDMAN Skilling Private Limited with business name as SkillEd India is a Joint Venture Company of Kunskapsskolan Education Sweden AB (“KED”) and Manav Rachna Educational Institutions (“MREI”) focused on Skill Development.
Location : Gurgoan
Key Responsibilities:
1. Training Program Development:
Develop training program schedule for subject matter experts and educators to enhance their teaching and domain-specific skills.
Create lesson plans schedule, and training modules tailored to the needs of the target audience.
2. Coordination with Higher Education Universities:
Establish and maintain partnerships with higher education universities and institutions to
collaborate on training initiatives.
Collaborate with academic departments to align training programs with curriculum requirements.
3. Subject Expert Identification:
Identify and recruit subject matter experts and industry professionals with expertise in specific domains.
Evaluate potential trainers based on their qualifications, experience, and teaching capabilities.
4. Training Delivery:
Organize and facilitate training sessions, workshops, and seminars, either in person or through online platforms.
Ensure that trainers have the necessary resources and support to deliver effective training.
5. Assessment and Evaluation:
Develop assessment methods and tools to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
Collect feedback from participants and trainers to make continuous improvements.
6. Resource Management:
Manage training budgets, materials, and resources efficiently.
Procure training equipment, software, and materials as needed.
7. Documentation and Reporting:
Maintain records of training activities, attendance, and participant performance.
Generate reports on the impact and outcomes of training programs.
8. Quality Assurance:
Ensure that training programs adhere to quality standards and best practices in education.
Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in training and education.
9. Stakeholder Engagement:
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align training objectives with organizational goals.
Foster relationships with subject matter experts, trainers, and educational institutions.
