Instructor/Facilitator, Media Shala Requirements:Must have a degree in Mass CommunicationMust have industry experience at least 3+ yearsCandidates with prior teaching experience will be preferredPossesses the ability to teach school children & mentor themExcellent communication skills in EnglishShould have worked previously in Journalism or has had experience in digital broadcastMust have an eye for identifying stories and presenting them in a simplified mannerKnowledge of Adobe Suite and other equivalent softwares will be an advantage Responsibilities:Full time offline teaching position at Manav Rachna schools in NCR Teaching school students as per course outline and modulesOverall incharge of Media Shala Lab Attend regular training sessions conducted by the Media Shala Central teamHandhold students for media projects to enhance learning experienceActive participant & team player for workshops or events planned by Media ShalaRegularly conduct workshops & mentor Media Shala students club membersDriving Student Led MRIS teams in Journalism & news reporting domainSupport in content strategy & creation for social platforms of Media ShalaCreating monthly reports of the lessons and projects conducted in their respective classes or sessionsEnsuring high quality and timely work from studentsCreating a repository of Student work and projectsGetting instructions from Media Shala Lead and coordinating with School SPOCS as & when required
