About this Opportunity:
The Manager- Quality and Training is a high-impact dual role that transforms performance through strategic training design and data-driven quality insights. You will be reporting to the Director- C&D operations. You’ll create engaging learning experiences while conducting audits that uncover critical improvement opportunities. By analyzing performance data and audit findings, you’ll identify skill gaps, design targeted interventions, and measure real results — directly shaping operational excellence and team success.

Success Measures:
First 30 Days (Audit & Calibrate): Take full ownership of the centralized yet new Quality and training layer. Audit our current baseline metrics across all queues and formally launch the weekly defect and quality reviews with the Operations Managers.
First 60-90 Days : Establish the unified Quality-to-Training feedback loop. Demonstrate a measurable decrease in repeat defects by translating QA audit findings directly into targeted, asynchronous refresher training for the floor.
After 6 months: Drive floor-wide accuracy to a >98% baseline. Restructure the new-hire onboarding curriculum to reduce speed-to-proficiency ramp time by 15%, ensuring new associates hit target SLAs faster.
