Role Description The Manager Medical Writing is a full-time hybrid role based in Hyderabad, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. This role involves planning, drafting, and reviewing a wide range of medical and scientific documents, including clinical study reports, protocols, manuscripts, educational materials, and regulatory documents. The manager will oversee the medical writing team, assign projects, ensure adherence to timelines and quality standards, and provide mentorship and training. Daily responsibilities include collaborating with clinical, regulatory, and academic stakeholders to gather data, interpret medical information, and present it clearly and accurately. The role also requires maintaining compliance with applicable guidelines, managing document templates and style guides, and supporting continuous improvement of writing processes and documentation quality.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Medical Writing and Writing, with the ability to communicate complex clinical and scientific information clearly and accurately.
• Experience with Regulatory Submissions and Regulatory Affairs, including familiarity with relevant guidelines and documentation standards.
• Solid understanding of Medicine, clinical research concepts, and evidence-based practice.
• Prior experience managing or leading a medical writing team or projects, with proven organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent attention to detail, editing, and quality review capabilities for scientific and regulatory documents.
• Effective collaboration and communication skills to work with cross-functional clinical, academic, and regulatory stakeholders.
• Master’s degree or higher in life sciences, pharmacy, medicine, or a related field; an MD, PharmD, or PhD is an advantage.
• Proficiency with standard office software and familiarity with reference management tools and document management systems.
