Job Title: Academic Manager

Locations: Delhi (NCR), Ghaziabad

Purpose: The Academic Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring educational excellence at Makoons Group of Schools by aligning the franchise partners with the Makoons educational philosophy. This role involves training educators on new products and programs and ensuring the effective implementation of the Makoons curriculum across various centers.

Key Responsibilities:

Facilitating Franchise Effectiveness:

Conduct pre-service and in-service training for all franchise partners.
Lead Equipment Training, Franchise Induction Programs (FIP), and comprehensive Teacher Training sessions.
Build strong relationships with franchise partners, offering continuous support for the implementation of key initiatives and ensuring compliance with Makoons standards.
Assist in recruiting and training franchise staff, ensuring they are equipped to uphold Makoons’ educational values and standards.
Provide academic training and support to Makoons centers both in India and international locations.
Ensuring Academic Excellence:

Deliver regular training sessions at franchise and cluster levels to maintain high standards of education.
Measure and improve satisfaction levels among internal and external customers through Parent Orientation Programs (POP), Parental Workshops, and other interactive sessions.
Conduct teacher workshops, provide teacher observation reports, and offer constructive feedback for class observations.
Collaborate in planning, designing, and implementing innovative teaching modules tailored to the Makoons curriculum.
Perform quality checks to ensure the effective academic execution of the curriculum.
Coordinate with special needs departments to support teachers in delivering inclusive and successful sessions.
Experience and Qualifications:

Essential:

Female candidates preferred.
Graduate with E.C.C.Ed., Montessori Training, or Nursery Teacher Training.
3-4 years of experience in pre-primary teaching.
High degree of computer literacy with demonstrated ability to integrate technology into learning environments and teaching methodologies.
Current knowledge of industry practices, trends, and issues.
Fluency in written and spoken English is essential.
Desirable:

Highly developed organizational, communication, and presentation skills.
Experience in curriculum planning and teacher training at the franchise level.
Proven ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders and work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
