About the Role:

This role will be responsible for driving growth and revenue through brand and performance marketing channels, managing budgets and teams, collaborating with other teams, and providing regular reporting and analysis on campaign performance. The role is a mix of India Flights (performance marketing) & GCC (performance & brand marketing) LOBs.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute performance marketing strategies: This includes developing and implementing strategies to drive growth and increase revenue through various performance marketing channels such as paid search, display advertising, social media advertising, affiliate marketing, and email marketing.
  • Manage and optimize campaigns: Role is responsible for managing and optimizing performance marketing campaigns to ensure they are delivering maximum ROI. This includes setting performance metrics, tracking KPIs, analyzing data, and adjusting campaigns as needed to improve performance.
  • Budget management: Role is responsible for managing budgets to ensure maximum ROI. This includes setting budgets for campaigns, tracking spend, and making adjustments as needed to optimize performance.
  • Team management: This includes responsibility for managing a team of performance marketing professionals and providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure their success.
  • Collaboration with other teams: Role works closely with other teams such as product, creative, and analytics to ensure that campaigns are aligned with business goals, and that all stakeholders are working towards a common objective.
  • Reporting and analysis: Individual must be able to provide regular reporting and analysis on campaign performance, ROI, and KPIs to stakeholders.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends: One must stay up to date with industry trends, changes in regulations, and emerging technologies to ensure that campaigns are cutting-edge and effective.

Education & Experience:

  • MBA from Tier 1 institutes.
  • Prior work experience of 12-15 years in Internet (B2C) companies is preferred.
