About the Function:

The Independent Hotels team is part of the Domestic Hotel Supply Function, and this team manages supply from independent hotels based across India and has more than 70000+ hotels contracted on our platforms.

About the Role:

This is a critical role where the incumbent will be responsible to build and implement exceptional programs for onboarding, training (both Functional + product related), sales productivity, and performance improvements. The role requires continuous cross-functional work internally to determine enablement priorities to ensure the highest level of business impact.

What will you be doing:

  • Lead the design, delivery, effectiveness, and continuous improvement of sales enablement programs and content for all supply teams.
  • Managing the development of training curriculum; formulating & reviewing training outlines and determining appropriate instructional methodologies and formats across all roles
  • Lead the design, delivery, effectiveness of product and process related programs and content for all supply team.
  • Oversee execution of the strategy set forth by sales enablement charter, ensuring all programs elevate the mission and vision of the sales enablement function.
  • Be a subject matter expert in our sales processes, sales methodology, and competitive intelligence.
  • Manage the technologies and team members required to develop, manage and deliver training for all of Hotels Supply workforce.
  • Work closely with product management, product marketing, sales teams, sales leaders, and other cross-functional experts to increase collaboration and effectively build awareness and support of sales enablement programs.
  • Track the success of all sales enablement efforts through both qualitative feedback and quantitative data to continuously improve initiative.
  • Prepare the Training budget outlay and ensure its effective utilization.
  • Lead determination of training requirements by studying sales and marketing strategic plans and current sales results; conferring with sales executives; reviewing results of trainer coaching; valuating training effectiveness.

Qualification and Experience:

  • Min 8 to 11 years of sales training in FMCG/ecommerce companies to sales staff.
  • Excellent understanding of Sales & GTM Training methodologies.
  • Designing sales trainings and content related.
  • Understanding the travel and hotel industry.
  • Experience in successfully creating and implementing a sales process/methodology with sales playbook initiatives.
  • Experience in building effective sales onboarding, training, and coaching programs.
  • Ability to identify and track metrics that demonstrate improvements in sales productivity.
  • Excellent communication skills including public speaking, presentations, teaching, facilitating, and writing.
  • Be Data driven and support strategy with success analysis.
