Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Online Coding Instructor and Curriculum Developer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching coding and programming skills to children through online classes and interactive learning sessions, as well as developing and updating the curriculum for our online coding program.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

• Strong programming skills, particularly in Python and other popular programming languages
• Experience teaching coding and programming to children, either in a classroom or online setting
• Experience developing and updating curricula for coding and programming programs for children
• Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and concise manner
• Experience with online teaching platforms and tools, such as Scratch and similar platforms
• Patience, enthusiasm, and a desire to help children learn and succeed

Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging and interactive coding and programming lessons to children through online classes
• Develop and update the curriculum for our online coding program, including lesson plans, exercises, and assessments
• Assess student progress and provide feedback to parents and guardians
• Stay up-to-date with the latest coding and programming technologies and best practices
• Collaborate with the team to continuously improve the online coding program

You must have –

• Passion for teaching to school students. Prior experience is a plus
• A curious mind and engineering background
• Excellent communication skills in English. Candidate must know Tamil and Hindi.
• Critical thinking and troubleshooting skills
• A laptop with camera & microphone and a good internet connection (above 15mbps)

Job Type: Part-time

Salary: ₹25,000.00 – ₹50,000.00 per month
