Job Title: Online Course Creator

Overview:

Maharishi Ayurveda is seeking a dynamic and innovative Course Creator to join our team and play a crucial role in developing engaging and effective educational content. The ideal candidate will have a passion for education, a deep understanding of instructional design, and the ability to create courses that inspire and empower learners. As a Course Creator, you will collaborate with subject matter experts, Ayurvedic doctors, instructional designers, and multimedia specialists to design, develop, and deliver high-quality online courses.

Responsibilities:

1.        Content Development:

·      Create comprehensive course outlines, learning objectives, and content structures.

·      Develop engaging and interactive course materials, including video lectures, presentations, quizzes, and assignments.

·      Ensure that course content aligns with industry standards and best practices.

2.        Collaboration:

·      Work closely with subject matter experts to gather relevant information and insights.

·      Collaborate with instructional designers, multimedia specialists, and other team members to enhance the overall learning experience.

3.        Instructional Design:

·      Apply instructional design principles to create courses that cater to various learning styles.

·      Utilize technology and multimedia tools to enhance the learning experience.

·      Implement assessments and feedback mechanisms to measure learner comprehension and engagement.

4.        Quality Assurance:

·      Conduct thorough quality checks to ensure accuracy, relevance, and consistency of course content.

·      Address and resolve feedback from learners, instructors, and other stakeholders.

·      Research and Innovation:

·      Stay abreast of industry trends, educational technology, and best practices in online learning.

·      Incorporate innovative teaching methodologies to keep courses current and engaging.

Qualifications:

·      Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, BAMS or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).

·      Proven experience in course creation, instructional design, or a related role. At least 3 years of experience.

·      Strong knowledge of educational technology, learning management systems, and multimedia tools.

·      Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

·      Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.

·      Detail-oriented and committed to delivering high-quality educational content.

·      Prior understanding of Ayurveda is preferred, but not mandatory.
