Study Overseas is looking for an experienced overseas education admissions counsellor. The right candidate should be extremely proficient in English and should have remarkable experience in this field. We are looking for an experienced person from education industry, Coaching experience of Counselling will be an advantage.

Job description:

Role of Counsellor is to assist people with the process of making career decisions, by helping them choose an educational program.
The Counsellor will advise best suited universities and colleges to Student based on their profile.

Maintains a zero defect service/high delivery standards for all assigned clients by:
Ensuring all timelines/deadlines of client applications are met.
Adhering to all processes in the Standard Operating Procedure.
Ensure regular and effective communication with all assigned clients via email/telephone and face to face interaction.
Responsible for conversion of applicants to admits- essentially commission pipeline management.

Conducting Seminars schools, and open seminars in towns.

Converts leads and admissions.

Interaction with parents and students on routine basis.

Ensuring all application documents of the client are correct and in proper order before submission.
Ensuring all assigned clients are aware of the financial documentation and visa processing as per university applied and county and proper/correct guidance is given to all assigned clients of the same.
Knowledge/ proficiency in overseas Education and Admissions will be an advantage.
Requirements
Manage all the social media handles of the company.

Outstanding oral, written and interpersonal communication skills.
Excellent organizational skills with Sound integrity and judgments.
Excellent problem resolution skills and logical thinking.
Ability to work with minimal supervision, to multitask and cope with changing priorities.
Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality.
Enthusiastic, focused, self-disciplined, believes in integrity and honest work.
Quick learner with respect to tools and processes;
Good working knowledge of MS Office tools.
Excellent Time Management Skills
Minimum three years experience.
Prior experience in Overseas Education / Immigration / Sales, or Counselling will be an advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: ₹12,000.00 – ₹18,000.00 per month
