· At least 3 years of experience working with undergraduate and graduate level students in a university setting, providing career counselling.

· Ability to remain neutral when dealing with sensitive situations.

· Excellent tact, diplomacy and resolution skills.

· Align with the vision and efforts of Placement & Training office.
