Job Title: Program Manager – Growth & Ops

Job Description:

• As the Program Manager, your core KRA will be delivering growth by experimenting with processes, data and more AND enhancing operational performance AND output maximisation by figuring the holes and plugging them.
• The role will involve working closely with multiple cross functional teams. You will need to be involved deeply with operations to figure both the gaps and growth opportunities and drive them to success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with ops, analyse existing processes and identify areas of growth by experimenting with process and data changes, removing/adding steps, figuring the best way to maximise leads to schedule creation and then schedules to site visit done; driving revisits to build trust with builders, maximising repeat visits and revisits from buyers.
• Have a clear handle on the process deliverables by Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness of implemented strategies and make necessary adjustments as required.
• Figure how different different players do site visits and identify what we can change and experiment to build success templates

Qualifications and Skills: Must-Have:

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify process inefficiencies and propose effective solutions.
• Ability to think differently/innovate to find success
• Operational rigour to deliver experiment to success and make a success template and get it scaled.
• Previous experience in a similar role (involving execution also) is a MUST

Good-to-Have:

• Knowledge of real estate, fintech, edtech, autotech, or real estate portals industries.
• Experience in process management involving appointments (wedding venues, home visits, edutech visits to offline centres and more).
