Able to Market Training Courses in Social Media
Cold Calling to Students / Candidates who are interested for Training course
Handling students calls & Explain the course and training program
Plan & Track the Trainings by Coordinating with Trainers & Students
Reporting and resolution of issues raised by trainers and students
Prepare a report on trainers timings and platform issues
Conduct Assessments
MS Office (Outlook, Work, Excel etc.) proficiency
Strong communication skills
Map out training plans for individual students / working employees
Track and report on training outcomes and provide feedback report
Evaluate and make recommendations on training material and methodology
Maintain employee training records
