Job Summary
An academic advisor will be responsible for providing educational guidance and assistance for students by planning schedules, recommending courses and determining appropriate education solutions for different types of students. They must also follow through and track the advancement of students. Additionally, academic advisors must provide case management to students who do not meet local educational requirements.
Responsibilities and Duties
Job Description:

• Call students from database generated and Leads Assigned.
• Generating Walk-in by doing Follow up on Enquiry Assigned on Daily Basis.
• Participate in Marketing Activities for Lead Generation.
• Helps in counseling prospect candidates for different programs and ensure conversation of leads into targeted enrollments.
• Conducting Pre- sales and Post Sales Procedure/Activity as per SOP.
• Making Reports on daily / weekly and Monthly basis (Performance Report / Walk in Report and Admission Report).
• Self-initiative to improve efficiency.
• Handling Student Grievances and Retain the Dropouts.
• Any other responsibility that the management assigns from time-to-time.

Key SkillsPossess good presentation and communication skills., Excellent convincing and coordinating skills., Confidence and Presentable, Time Management and Proactive, Candidate with sales experience will be preferred having prior exposure to Academic Counseling, Microsoft OfficeRequired Experience and Qualifications
Experience – 3 – 4 Yrs as Academic Counselor

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹35,000.00 – ₹40,000.00 per month
