Role & responsibilities
- Identify learning needs (functional & behavioural) in IB sales team and Assigned partners.
- Design training strategy to augment channel sales strategy and bridge gaps.
- Design product stories, competition crackers and enablers to build business in channel.
- Identify and address training gaps in each bank region/zone and plan customised interventions.
- Regular cadence with Partner at HO & Field Leadership to update interventions, raise concerns and plan training interventions.
- Drive central training initiatives in the assigned channel.
Preferred candidate profile
- Candidates only from insurance companies are preferred for this role.
- Candidates must know Kannada and Malayalam.
