We are seeking detail-oriented individuals with a deep passion for question creation, outstanding problem-solving abilities, and an excellent grasp of Mathematics and English. This role involves using advanced technologies, such as chat GPT, to aid in the designing, proofreading, and accurate solving of questions for our Critical Thinking, Maths Problem Solving, and Puzzle sections. Candidates should be skilled in creating both multiple-choice and descriptive brain-teasing questions that not only follow similar concepts but also exhibit creativity and uniqueness.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Design and draft creative and unique questions, including puzzles and brain-teasers, in line with the desired style and standards.
• Efficiently and accurately solve problems and puzzles within a specified time to gauge question difficulty.
• Proofread questions to ensure they are error-free.
• Utilize new technologies, such as chat GPT, in the creation and reviewing process.
• Achieve daily targets as mutually agreed upon.
• Uphold the high-quality standards of the questions. Continuous submission of subpar questions or errors may result in contract termination.
• Take periodic tests to measure and evaluate the difficulty level of the crafted questions.

Desired Candidate Profile.

• Master’s degree preferred, but recent university graduates and currently enrolled creative and high-IQ university students are also welcome to apply.
• Strong proficiency in English, essential for crafting questions with formal written skills and for proofreading.
• A background in Mathematics or a related field.
• Experience or familiarity with new technologies like chat GPT.
• Proven ability to solve complex problems, puzzles, and brain teasers.
• Familiarity with the skills needed to create questions akin to the provided examples.
• Experience as a subject expert is preferred.
• Previous experience in coaching, schools or attempting any competitive govt. exam is an advantage.
• UK, Australian Engilsh.

Personal Traits:

• A preference for individual tasks and working independently.
• Not particularly inclined towards extensive interpersonal interactions, but must handle criticism well regarding their work.
• A genuine passion for the art of question crafting, with the ability to innovate and maintain a consistent positive attitude towards continuous creation without feeling burnout.
• Strong ability to conduct and participate effectively in online meetings.
