Principal will be responsible for the day to day management of the School and meeting the overall learning objectives by providing good leadership and a strong administration.

Major responsibilities include:

1. Respect and understand the Schools vision and mission.

2. Work continuously towards the wellbeing and development of teachers and students.

3. Prepare annual budget and get it approved by the Board of Trustees.

4. Ensure that the income and expenses of the school are as per the approved budget

5. Protect and enhance the students abilities, interests, language skills and cultural backgrounds.

6. Actively coordinate with the Board of Trustee and all the concerned government authorities for smooth functioning of the school.

7. Ensure that all health and safety standards are fully met.

8. Oversee the recruitment and training of teachers and non teaching staff.

Applicants should have (a) a Post Graduate degree in any subject from a well known University. (b) strong verbal and written communication skills (c) strong administrative and inter personal skills.

Work Experience: Minimum 15 years in teaching out of which a minimum of 3 years as Principal or in Leadership role in a large school.
