- Prepare Training module along with the brand.
- Prepare training calendar and Align with the brand.
- Conduct Classroom trainings for all the Beauty advisors, Skin care specialist and Retail store staffs
- Conduct On counter training for all the Beauty advisors, Skin care specialists and retail store staffs.
- Help the commercial/HR team Hiring the Beauty Advisors, Skincare specialists.
- Maintain sound relationship with the stores staff and personals without Luxasia staffs.
- Ensure Staff grooming standards.
- Ensure Visual Merchandising is as per brand guidelines
- Ensure display merchandising guidelines.
- Arrange staff uniforms, Identity cards, name badge for the staffs.
- Execute the Make up and skin care events at the store.
- Execute KOL activations at retail stores.
- Help the Marketing team with social media handles.
- CRM.
Requirements
- Instructional design: The ability to design and develop effective curriculum, training materials, and assessments.
- Training delivery: The ability to facilitate training sessions in-person or virtually.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and concisely.
- Assessment and evaluation: The ability to assess the effectiveness of training programs, collect feedback, and use data to make improvements.
- Leadership: The ability to lead a team of trainers and support staff, providing guidance and direction to ensure the success of training programs.
