The Role

Your responsibilities will include:

• Attending to enquiries and requests from parents & students (walk-in, phone, email, social media) and maintain necessary records
• Handling and process students’ registration and enrollment
• Assisting trained teachers’ teaching in classrooms
• Monitoring and track students’ progresses
• Liaising and work closely with teachers to provide necessary support and feedbacks
• Providing feedbacks and maintain close partnership with parents
• Assisting in building of teaching and learning resources
• Assisting in the overall operation of the Academy

Ideal Profile

• You have 0 to 6 Months Experience
• You have Diploma, Graduate or a Bachelor’s Degree (Fresher can also apply).
• You have good interpersonal and communication skills
• You have competency in computer literacy skills
• You have experience in related field is an advantage
