Lords University, Alwar – one of the top universities in Rajasthan seeks Vice-Chancellor.

For the position, we are looking for a dynamic and visionary leader to serve as our Vice-Chancellor. The ideal candidate will be the driving force behind the overall development of the university and will help the institute achieve heights in all aspects, be it academics, research, or administration. 

Role & Responsibilities: 

• The ideal candidate will be the principal executive of the university responsible for taking control over the overall affairs of the university. 
• The ideal candidate will provide a strategic direction to achieve the goals & mission.
• The VC will be responsible for overseeing academic programs, research initiatives, student development, and faculty well-being.
• The candidate will be responsible for collaboration with industries to cultivate new learning experiences for the students.
• Focusing on student-welfare activities. 
• The Vice-Chancellor will be the face of the institution and will represent the university on multiple platforms.

Desired Profile: 

• You are a strong leader and have ample administrative experience.
• Excellent communication and team-building skills.
• You come with a minimum of 15 years of experience.
• You can find solutions to the problems.
