Role Description

We are looking for a full-time Hair Educator to join our team in New Delhi. The Hair Educator will oversee the hair education department and train employees on hair services, techniques, and industry trends. This is an on-site role located in New Delhi.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in the hairdressing industry, with a focus on education and training
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• A passion for the beauty and hair industry, and a commitment to staying up-to-date on the latest trends and techniques
• An ability to lead and inspire a team of hair professionals
• A diploma or degree from a hairdressing or cosmetology program is preferred
• Must have completed a Hair Educator’s course or equivalent experience
• Train Hair stylists on fundamentals, advance hair cutting, styling techniques
• Have good knowledge of hair products available in the market.
• Should be trained thoroughly in hair cut and Colour
• Basic course of hair dressing should be from a certified academy.
